Tennis, anyone? How about if you can wear something by Stella McCartney while you play? Thought so.

Stella McCartney's designs for Adidas were on display last night as danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki took the court to play in the women's quarterfinals of the U.S. Open.

Stella McCartney has partnered with Adidas since 2005, creating decidely non-preppy designs for the court. I love how Wozniacki's outfit was sophisticated (the drapey top) yet romantic (that muted rose color, the tiered skirt). The effect was almost Gatsby-esque, and certainly a welcome change from the neon brights and skin-tight fits usually seen on the court.

The Open marked Wozniacki's debut as the new face of McCartney's designs. Check out the collection here.
